The purpose of the event is to create awareness about the opportunities at Greenhouse Ministries, a nonprofit located in downtown Murfreesboro, while also raising funds to build their new building. Greenhouse Ministries has outgrown their building and is looking to build new facilities.

Greenhouse Ministries Investor Relations Specialist, Sarah Gwinn said, "Game Day is a wonderful event for the community to become partners with Greenhouse Ministries' vision for the future," Gwinn said. "I'm excited to see the progress towards the new building and am grateful for the opportunity to share our vision for the future with new partners."

If you are interested in sponsoring the event or interested in becoming a partner with us on our new building, please go to our website for more information at http://www.greenhousemin.org/building-campaign/ or contact Rachel Young at rachel.young@greenhousemin.org.

Greenhouse Ministries is a nonprofit organization that offers a holistic approach to helping people. Greenhouse Ministries offers to help, educate and connect. Greenhouse helps by providing food, clothes, toiletries, household items, legal clinic, nursing clinic, and much more. Greenhouse educates by offering classes from budgeting to GED tutoring. Greenhouse connects by connecting clients with jobs, housing and other resources. Greenhouse was co-founded by Cliff and Jane Sharp in 1999 after the couple worked for the local pregnancy center and had a calling to serve those in need. Seventeen years later, Greenhouse Ministries has thrived and acquires donations of food, furniture and clothing every day, and every day the organization provides those items for individuals and families in need. Built on Christian principles, the motto of Greenhouse is "planting hope in the 'Boro," and the organization strives to help clients go from needing to giving back.
