A 53-year old Hanover Street woman was arrested by Murfreesboro Police and a crack pipe was allegedly found in her groin.

Mary Czaplicki arrested on Ash Street near South Highland just before 10:30 Friday night after the driver was stopped for a seatbelt violation.

The woman told Officer Palmer Gibbs she was searching for her daughter with another woman, who was driving the car. However, the story allegedly changed and further investigation revealed several texts about a narcotics buy.

The officer found several pieces of cocaine underneath the front passenger seat of the vehicle.

Czaplicki was arrested and once at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center, a crack pipe was also found in the groin area. She will be in General Sessions Court on November 12th to answer to charges of tampering with evidence, having contraband inside a penal institution, possessions of a schedule two drug and possession of drug paraphernalia.
