  • The City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for the next five years including:

    • The New Police Headquarters on Highland Avenue.
    • A new MFRD Ladder truck.
    • Relocation of Fire Station #4 to Medical Center Parkway in a growing City.
    • Bradley Academy Museum Improvements.
    • Development of Miracle Field at McKnight Park for challenged ball players.
    • Development of a West Side park.
    • A new City Transit Hub for the Rover public transit system.
    • Added classrooms at Hobgood and Black Fox Elementary Schools.
    • CityTV's conversion to High Definition (HD) television.
  • An update on the proposed MED/MTEMC agreement.
