Three men with the Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services saw a lady in need, and helped! A woman had a flat, the traffic was heavy and it was one of those scorching hot days.  She described what happened then as “three knights in shining armor came to her rescue”. Henry Chapman, Dody Smith and Dwight Stone not only stopped, but they took her tire off, and when they learned she had no spare—they took it to a nearby shop for repair. Then they returned and put the tire on her car. That’s the kind of helpful and caring emergency responders we have locally.
