A Hermitage man is arrested in Murfreesboro on charges of public intoxication and indecent exposure. Fifty-three-year old Robert Ervin was seen by a Murfreesboro Police officer reportedly urinating on the side of a home at Lokey Avenue and Maple Street.

The officer reports Ervin had slurred speech, was unsteady on his feet and had a smell of alcohol. He was placed under arrest and taken to the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center. Ervin will be in General Sessions Court to answer to the charges June 30th.
