George Strait says all his exs live in Texas, but a new survey shows it’s also home to the ugliest guys in the U.S. Specifically, the men who live in El Paso. Totalbeauty.com has just ranked the city of El Paso number one for the ugliest guys in the country.The editors examined everything from education data and contraceptive and erotica sales to the number of gyms in the city, along with the population’s health, exercise habits, obesity and smoking rates to find the country’s ugliest dudes.

Here is TotalBeauty.com Ugliest Guy rankings and observations:

1. El Paso, Texas - 32 percent of the dudes are below average health and 30 percent don’t exercise regularly. And 15 percent never got past the 9th grade.

2. Hagerstown, Maryland - Less than ten percent of the men don’t hold bachelor degrees, but 30 percent are obese and a huge number of men smoke.

3. Miami, Florida - 21 percent of dudes over 25 didn’t go past the 9th grade and more than 27 percent of residents don’t exercise regularly.

4. Greensboro, North Carolina - Bad teeth and a high obesity rate.

5. Mobile, Alabama tied Huntington, West Virginia - The two cities have a low number of gyms and a high percentage of inactive, unhealthy obese men.

6. Detroit - The motor city has low graduation rates and high obesity rates.

7. Philadelphia - Travel and Leisure magazine’s survey of tourists and locals for its “America’s Favorite Cities” ranking placed Philly dead-last in its “Attractive People” category. Men’s Health magazine ranked the City of Brotherly love number two in worst teeth.

8. Houston - 15 percent of the men 25 years or older have less than a 9th grade education.
