Highway 231 - also known as Memorial Boulevard and Lebanon Road - at Cherry Lane is closed while authorities work to clear an accident involving a tractor trailer, which is down a 10-foot embankment. It happened around 10:30 Friday morning.

There were no serious injuries involved in the accident. The Tennessee Highway Patrol among other local law enforcement agencies are on the scene as they work to clear the scene.
