"Ho, Ho, Ho"--and suddenly we hear "Ouch, Ouch, Ouch" says Santa to Truman who sits on St. Nick's lap with a long, long list.

Yes, it's beginning to look alot like Christmas. In fact, the Murfreesboro Christmas Parade is set for 2:00 o'clock this coming Sunday afternoon (12/11/2016).

The theme of the parade is "The Christmas Star", and we're honored to have Murfreesboro's two NASA astronauts as grand marshals. Dr. Rhea Seddon and her husband "Hoot" Gibson will travel the parade route.

The festive annual event begins at 2:00 o'clock sharp at the intersection of East Main and Middle Tennessee Boulevard. It goes down East Main to the square, half around the square and onto West Main, turning onto Walnut Street and ending.

Local bands, civic clubs, dancers, creative floats, neat cars, and of course Santa with lots of candy for good little girls and boys--that's what makes the Murfreesboro Christmas Parade fun for all.

Don't miss it, 2:00 o'clock this coming Sunday afternoon (12/11/2016)--going down East Main Street from MTSU, onto the square, and then West Main, ending on Walnut Street.
