Around 10:00 Wednesday morning, a construction accident was reported on Plano Court. Reports indicate Plano Court is in a new subdivision off of Barfield Crescent Road.

Evidently, a construction worker fell from the top of a home being built that was over 12-feet high. After the fall, the man lost consciousness. Other workers on the scene told dispatchers that the victim later regained consciousness, but had what appeared to be a serious head injury.

LifeFlight Helicopter was called, however they could not fly on Wednesday morning due to poor weather conditions. The man was transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville by ambulance.

No word on the condition of the man at this time.
