Real estate in Murfreesboro continues to thrive.

According to a recent Red Realty report, Rutherford County saw more closings than Williamson County February through June. Keep in mind that Williamson County is considered to be one of the hottest markets in Tennessee. Rutherford County nearly tied with Williamson during the month of July.

Homes in the $200,000 to $350,000 ballpark are selling like hotcakes, according to a large number of individual realtors with different firms. That being said, if you are looking and looking in that price range, act fast.
