Homes for Sale in Murfreesboro – 206 Priced at $300,000 or More

A little over one year ago in Murfreesboro, there were over 1,600 single family homes on the market. Today, there are less then 1,350 single family homes for sale. According to a December publication of Tennessee Housing Market, printed by MTSU’s Business and Economic Research Center (BERC), reports show that housing sales in Tennessee are looking up. According to the latest edition, third-quarter single-family home construction and sales of homes for the Nashville/Murfreesboro area rose compared to the second quarter.

In Murfreesboro, there are 206-homes listed with a real estate agent priced above $300-thousand dollars. 508-homes are listed “for sale” priced between $175-thousand dollars and $300,000. 561-homes priced between $80,000 and $175,000. Still too much money? Nearly 40-homes are priced at under $80-grand.
