HORSES: No Parking

William Schellinger was in a hoof after he went to a bar that didn’t have a place to tie up his horse. While Schellinger sat in a Worland, Wyoming bar last Sunday, his horse wandered around town. Cops spotted the animal and followed it to make sure it didn’t cause any accidents. When they tracked down Schellinger, he said his horse went off on its own because there were no hitching posts by the bar. He received a summons.
