The Siegel Stars added one more win to their district record on Tuesday evening by beating the Oakland Patriots by a score of 69-58. Both teams shot the ball well during the contest, with Siegel hitting 48% from the field and Oakland 46% from the field. The difference was free throw shooting by the Oakland Patriots. They shot a low 28% from the line, only making 7/25 attempts. Despite the poor free throw shooting, Oakland was in the ballgame from start to finish. They trailed by only 6 points at the end of the third quarter, but were outscored 21-16 in the 4th quarter. George Stanberry lead oakland with 21 points. Stanberry hit three First Bank three's in the final quarter. The victorious Siegel Stars were lead in scoring by Ryan Jones 20 points and Aden Burton's 16. Bryan Barrett has the play-by-play.
