It was opened April 2nd, 1971, by the late Elizabeth Jones and her husband Charles.

Palmer took over the business in 2009 when his mother became to ill to continue to operate. You'll recall he was a former teacher and coach from Riverdale High School and had just retired after 36-years in education.

The business has always been more than just a car wash. It was a place that lifted your spirits and there was always a hello, how are you doing. And yes, there was a thank you, have a nice day as you left. The Jones' took customer service to a whole new level.

The spirit of Mrs. Jones still lives in the business today and while this may be the end of an era, Willie and Kaitlyn Dennis are taking over the business. There was the same familiar line of cars waiting to get the best wash in town down Memorial. And here's hoping the same "thank you, have a nice day," as the customers leave with a clean vehicle.
