A 51-year old Juneberry Way man is facing his fourth DUI, among several others. Alfredo Villa was arrested by Murfreesboro Police Sunday afternoon just after 2 o'clock.

Officer Richard Whitley reports being called to the intersection of Florance Road and Santana after a hit and run accident. Several witnesses reported seeing the vehicle, one who said he drove through someone's front yard along Manson Pike. Villa was spotted behind a home by Officer Whitley.

He reported a strong smell of intoxicant and failed a field sobriety test. Villa was taken into custody and charged with his fourth DUI along with violation of the implied consent law, leaving the scene of an accident, an ignition interlock device violation and more. Bond was set at 16-thousand dollars and he'll be in General Sessions Court August 31st.
