Juvenile Arrested Friday In LPD High-Speed Pursuit Case

The driver of a stolen vehicle was arrested by La Vergne police on Friday (2/5/2016). The high speed pursuit occurred on Sunday, January 17th. Officers not only recovered stolen vehicle, but numerous stolen firearms and other items were found inside. Police are seeking the public's help in locating and arresting these dangerous and possibly armed suspects.

The driver of the stolen vehicle, a black female juvenile, was taken into custody Friday (2/5/2016) by La Vergne Police officers with assistance from members of the Metro Police Department at a residence in Antioch, TN.

An additional at large suspect is Zachari Tennant, a 16-year old white male whose last known address was on Lincoya Bay Drive in Donelson. Arrest Petitions have been obtained by La Vergne Police on Tennant for his involvement with the vehicle pursuit and subsequent investigation. Tennant is also wanted by the Metro Police Department for unrelated robbery and weapons charges.

La Vergne detectives are also attempting to identify and locate a third suspect, an unidentified black male. He is described as approximately 17-20 years of age, around 5-7", and 150 to 160 lbs.
