On January 11th  at approximately 2:50 PM an Asian or light skinned black male entered the GNC store located at 801 Industrial Blvd in Smyrna and allegedly made an eight dollar purchase that he paid for with a counterfeit $50.00 bill. He left the store and returned within a couple of minutes and got change for another $50.00 bill which was also counterfeit.

A booking document from the Sheriff’s Office shows that Bobbitt was released 9-hours later after posting bond on Saturday, January 19th. The outline of Bobbitt’s charges state, “Driving on revoked first offense and greater” and “DUI 4th or greater (Felony).”
