La Vergne Man Charged with Indecent Exposure & Public Intoxication

A 55-year old La Vergne man has been charged with indecent exposure and public intoxication after an incident in Murfreesboro at the Kangaroo Market on Memorial and Thompson Lane. According to the police report, Jerry Gamble approached a female and asked her to leave with him. When she refused, he allegedly told her to watch herself. The woman called police, who found the subject in the nearby Advance Auto Parts parking lot. Officer Womack says when he pulled into the parking lot, Gamble approached his patrol car with a clinched fist and his private parts showing. The officer says Gamble also smelled of alcohol. Gamble was arrested and will appear in court on May 27th.
