Las Vegas Duo Arrested in 'Boro for Criminal Simulation

A pair of 27-year old Las Vegas, Nevada, residents have been arrested in Murfreesboro on charges of ID theft and criminal simulation.

Yasel Nodarse (left) and Oscar Diaz De La Cruz (right) were arrested recently after the July 25th incident at the Wal-Mart on Memorial.

Murfreesboro Police Detective Tyler Smith reports the store's loss prevention associates contacted them after observing Nodarse and Diaz De La Cruz allegedly working together to use multiple credit cards to conduct transactions.

Smith's investigation revealed they were in possession of re-encoded magnetic striped cards.
