No, you don't need a special class to learn how to eat. However, Pat Whitaker at the Agricultural Extension Service is offering a "Seasonal Eating Class" at 10:00 o'clock Tuesday morning (10/30/2012) as a part of the final Farmer's Market of the year.

We're entering the holiday season and feasts are a part of the season. Guest chefs include Gina Gammon, Betsy Malone and Jessica King. These creative women are a part of the Rutherford County Clerks Office and have produced a cookbook, Bon Appetit.

Come enjoy the great recipe ideas along with delicious food samples.  Again, that's at 10:00 o'clock this Tuesday morning (10/29/2012) at the Farmer's Market (315 John R. Rice Boulevard). It's free!

Oh--by the way, the Winter Market begins Sunday, November 4th and continues to the Sunday before Christmas. It is at the same Farmer's Market location, but the time will be 1:00 to 4:00 Sunday afternoons. Great gifts, baked goods, and in-season local produce--plus, live music.
