+$15-million in Rural Development Loans

First National Mortgage Services LLC closed in excess of $15 million dollars in Rural Development loans in 2013. The Rural Development (RD) Guaranteed loan program is a 30-year fixed loan provided by the United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA). These loans are available to low-to-moderate income borrowers who meet the current income limits and the homebuyer eligibility requirements.
