When police ran a background check on Jastre, it was revealed that she was convicted of DUI twice before in Davidson County and once in Rutherford County. Her license was also revoked because of a past DUI, according to the report.

A court date has been set for August 21, 2014. As of Thursday afternoon, she remains behind bars at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
