Greenhouse Ministries is partnering with Feed America First to get much needed food and water to Texas and Florida. The two areas were hit hard by hurricanes this summer.

Julie Young with Greenhouse Ministries tells NewsRadio WGNS trucks will be at their Spring Street location October 13th and November 10th to take in donations:

Young said the initial response to the disasters was terrific. However, the need is still there:

Non-perishable food items and bottled water will be collected both dates at Greenhouse Ministries from 6:30am until 5pm. And again - the food will be trucked directly to hurricane ravaged areas.
