Local Realtors Honored

The Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors recognized the professionals and elected eleven new members into its Hall of Fame. All of the honorees have been active in the profession for a quarter of a century or longer.
Five special members were also recognized for their exceptional years of service to the industry and their communities: J. D. Kennedy of J. D. Kennedy Real Estate in Smyrna (40 years), Scott Shapard of Scott Shapard Realty & Auction in Shelbyville (45 years), Raymond Pedigo of Pedigo & Todd Realty & Auction in Woodbury (51 years), Jug DeFord of David Bryan Realty & Auction in Manchester (57 years) and special honoree Cliff Weddington of Century 21 Mid-State Realty in Manchester (60 years). Local President Tim Wilson said, “The Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors is very proud of all of our members, but we also like to give special recognition to those who have gone above and beyond. We hope that by publicly honoring them, they will inspire others to follow in their footsteps.”
