Local Residents Say They Plan to be at Congressman Gordon’s Office on Tuesday

A group of local residents plan to meet in Congressman Bart Gordon’s
office on Tuesday in Murfreesboro on West Main Street. The individuals
are asking that Gordon support a bill that would audit the Federal
Reserve and make thousands of documents dealing with the so called
bailout’s public. Justin Tanner told us the bill is labeled HR 1207.

The bill is also known as the Federal Reserve Transparency Act.

Justin Tanner told us that those interested in meeting with
Congressman Gordon’s aids are encouraged to be at his office by 2:00,
Tuesday afternoon (4/28/09). The congressman’s office is located in
Murfreesboro at 305 West Main St.
