First Half of WGNS Action Line:

Main Street's annual Evening of Main is known community wide as a chance for supporters to tour one of Murfreesboro's beautiful, historic homes. This year's event will be in the home that was built in 1869 for James A. Leiper, a Murfreesboro attorney, and his wife, Alice Kimbro Leiper. It is presently the home of Blake and Priscilla Smith (446 East Main Street).

Main Street Executive Director Kathleen Herzog spoke to WGNS' Scott Walker about the event...

The suggested minimum donation for the event, which includes appetizers and beverages both alcoholic and nonalcoholic, is $25. For more information, call 615-895-1887 or email michelle@downtownmurfreesboro.com. Donations will be accepted at the door.
