60-year old William Russell Brace will be in court on Friday, December 4, 2015 to find out more about evidence authorities have against him in the murder of his next door neighbor. Brace is accused of killing 86-year old Lois Jean Espy this past February in Murfreesboro and then dumping her body in Bedford County.

Brace faces a first degree premeditated murder charge along with two charges of aggravated rape and one count of abusing a corpse.

Brace is currently being held in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center.
