Man Allegedly Munches Down on Marijuana Plants Prior to his Arrest

You don’t need to smoke pot to get the munchies. Twenty-nine-year-old Jeremy Wheeler, of Willet, New York, tried to eat some weed when police arrested him after they found more than 100 marijuana plants growing in his home last Sunday. Wheeler was charged with evidence tampering and resisting arrest. His father was also arrested. It’s unclear if Wheeler got sick after chowing down on the plants.
