You never know what people will do in public. A man and a woman have been permanently barred from entering any and all Murfreesboro City Parks in the future after the two were caught doing more than just making out near the Old Fort Park Golf Course. Murfreesboro Police responded to the golf course after a golfer saw the two sexually touching one another.

Police spoke to the two suspects and both told police they met each other in the park and began kissing and sexually touching one another while in the park. According to the report, “The male subject confirmed having his private areas out while at the park.”

Both suspects are 52-years of age. They were not arrested, only kicked out of the park (all city parks) on a permanent basis. Authorities did record the names of the suspects.

The incident was reported shortly after 12-noon on Saturday. At the time, children were near the site of the sexual mishap, but it is not known if any saw the situation unfold. The case was labeled as "Public Indecency" and "Matter of Record."
