A 34-year old Murfreesboro man has been charged for the fourth time with DUI. Anthony M. Crookshank was pulled over in the area of Bradyville Pike after he allegedly tried to steal a hammock from Kroger on Middle Tennessee Boulevard. Apparently the hammock was placed in the back of his SUV, but it fell out.

During the police stop, the officer asked Crookshank to perform a field sobriety test, which he failed. When police conducted a status check of his drivers license, it showed that he had three prior DUI's. As a result, he was charged with DUI number four. The previous DUI's were in Davidson County in 2006, Rutherford County in 2011 and the third was in Kentucky in 2012.
