A Bradyville Pike man has been jailed and placed under a $31,000 bond after being charged with violating his probation and driving on a revoked license for the 5th time. Dennis Omar Gonzales was pulled over while driving his SUV down South Church Street Saturday morning at 3 a.m. This is where the story gets confusing. He was also found to have 3 Violation of Probation warrants for his arrest. One “Violation of Probation” warrant was for Driving on a Suspended License Once, a second was for Driving on a Suspended License Twice and a third was for Driving on a “Revoked” License for the 9th time, according to his record of arrest filed with the M-P-D.

In case you were wondering why he was initially stopped, it was because he failed to maintain his lane of travel, according to police. After being booked at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center at 4 in the morning, he was released about 8-hours later. He will appear in court this April (2014).
