A 53 year old Murfreesboro man has been arrested after a sexual battery was reported at Sports Clips on Memorial Boulevard. Thomas Hoss, who went to the barber shop to get a haircut, was arrested and charged with Sexual Battery.

Detective Tommy Roberts wrote in a report, "Investigation showed that Mr. Hoss did make inappropriate comments, tried to kiss and also grabbed the victim's buttocks without her consent." The victim in the case was a woman who cuts hair at Sports Clips.

Hoss was booked under a $5,000 bond and later released from the local jail. He is scheduled to appear in court on November 10, 2016.
