30-Year-old Damien Smith will face the Rutherford County Courts on Friday, August 11th. Smith is scheduled to file a plea before Judge David Bragg in the Circuit Courts.

Smith was arrested this past March and charged with the Rape of a Child. The charge was handed down by a Rutherford County Grand Jury.

Details of the case have not been released due to the age of the victim.

Smith is no stranger to the long arm of the law. The man has multiple past convictions dealing with drugs. He also has quite the address history living in Hendersonville, Springfield, Goodlettsville, and even Chicago Illinois.

Again, Damien Smith is scheduled to file a plea to a single child rape charge in a Rutherford County Courtroom on Friday. Smith is currently behind bars and is being held under a $100,000 bond.
