A man who was told by Clark Iron and Metal that he could not scrap his running vehicle because it had a full tank of gas and a battery in it. Police report that the man drove the 1999 Nissan Quest around the corner, punctured the gas tank, and let it drain into the street.

Murfreesboro Fire Crews responded and used an oil dry solution to soak up the fuel to prevent it from seeping into the ground.

As for the suspect in the minivan, no charges have been filed at this time.
