A man currently residing in Murfreesboro was pulled over on South Highland Avenue and issued a verbal warning for not wearing a seatbelt… but there is much more to this story.

As it turns out, Reginal Jones supposedly told Officer Levy that he was Alvin Parker and not Mr. Jones. Police quickly found Jones’ wallet upon a pat down along with his driver’s license that confirmed he was indeed Reginal Jones from New Jersey. Jones, who was previously reported as MISSING this past October by his wife, was wanted on warrants up east. Jones was wanted on two “Failure to Appear” for sentencing warrants in New Jersey. The original charges were for theft and burglary.

Jones is being held at the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center and will be picked up by authorities in New Jersey in the near future. In fact, he will likely be in New Jersey for Christmas.
