On Thursday afternoon, Rutherford County Sheriff Deputies arrested a man on Broad Street in front of Southereastern Tire who was wanted in connection with a home invasion that occurred in April. The traffic stop and the arrest that followed had motorist stopping out of concern in front of the local tire shop on Broad Street.

Evidently, guns were drawn when Errol Lyons was stopped in his minivan on Broad Street. The 35-year old was said to have played a role in an April 3rd home invasion at the Terrace Inn Apartments in Smyrna.
