WET and WILD Wednesdays will be conducted at Old Fort Park at the Overall Street entrance each Wednesday during the month of June. Registration begins at 9:15 a.m., the program starts at 9:30 a.m. and runs through 11:00 a.m.

Rutherford County's Project WET office invites families and individuals to come explore their local river. Listen to a story and then spend time wading in Lytle Creek. Rain boots are needed to wade in the water (bare feet, sandals and flipflops are not permitted).

Equipment is provided to explore the watery world that is part of our Stones River Watershed. Parking is limited; carpooling with family and friends will add to the fun.

Pre-registration is requested, and there is no cost.
