More Problems with School Testing in Rutherford County and Beyond

James Evans with the Rutherford County Schools told parents on Thursday, April 19th that online testing resumed for Middle and High School students. However, some issues did arise at several schools and students were unable to submit their test answers. Another issue that arose did not allow students to stay logged into the system to complete the tests. At the same time, other Rutherford County Schools did not face any issues with the test platform.

Evans stated, "We have ensured that these issues are not being caused by our systems, and we continue to work with the Tennessee Department of Education to address issues with its online testing platform."

The state of Tennessee requires the middle and high schools to complete the testing cycle, so testing will continue Friday.
