The historic season continues to the Middle Tennessee Christian School Cougars, who defeated county and district rival Eagleville 22-9. NewsRadio WGNS' Monte Hale, Jr. covered the game for the Primetime Sports team and reports MTCS' Justin Winn threw three touchdowns in the first half. They got up on the Eagles 22-nothing before they found the endzone in the second half. They'd tack on a field goal for their final score. The Cougar's Trey Hickey caught two of Winn's three touchdown passes, one for 67 yards the other for eight. MTCS will be on the road the next two weeks, at Forrest and at Huntland...both key games as the Cougars look for their first ever district championship in football. Eagleville, now at 4-and-4, travel to Moore County next Friday before winding up the regular season at home versus Community.
