This is the week Blue Raider baseball hosts the "John Stanford Grand Slam Fish Fry." It will be held Wednesday, beginning at 6pm at the Livestock Center on the campus of Middle Tennessee State University.

Fried catfish and the fixin's along with cajun gumbo will be available in addition to hot dogs for the kids. The Russ & Becky Jeffers Country Band will be on hand to entertain the crowd.

Tickets are $20 and children under six years old are admitted for free. Tickets are available at the Blue Raider Athletic Association office inside the Murphy Center or at the athletic ticket office located at Gate 1A of Floyd Stadium.

WGNS Primetime Sports will be there Wednesday night from 6-7pm to broadcast "live" from the event. Join Jon Dinkins and Bryan Barrett for all of the fun.
