Murfreesboro Attorney Tom Frost Announces Candidacy for General Sessions Judge

Thursday Tom Frost, Murfreesboro attorney and candidate for General Sessions Judge, announced that he has sent an invitation to each of the candidates for General Sessions Judge, Part IV to join him in a debate prior to the beginning of Early Voting, which begins July 15th.

"It is imperative that the voters of Rutherford County know the qualifications and the experience of the candidates who seek to serve as their next General Sessions judge," said Frost. "I look forward to sharing my ideas, qualifications and experience with the voters of Rutherford County and I hope the others who seek to serve in this position will agree to join me".

Tom Frost has been a practicing attorney for over 39 years, including 10 years as a member of the Rutherford County Public Defender's office. Frost is currently a partner with the Murfreesboro law firm Drake, Drake and Frost.

The Committee to Elect Tom Frost said they will work with the other interested campaign committees to determine a date, location and format/moderator that are agreeable to all participants.

The election date for this newly created General Session Judgeship is August 4th; early voting begins July 15th and continues through July 30th.
