The cities two annual paving contracts cover small projects such as parking lots to major work throughout the city on Medical Center Parkway and the downtown area impacted by the Lytle Street construction.

Council agreed with Griffith's recommendations that an expected increase in traffic on Memorial Boulevard justifies adding more traffic signals. The signals will be at Kings Ridge Drive and Eleanor Way where nearby construction is currently underway on Murfreesboro's second Aldi location along with, the Enclave Apartments and a previously proposed restaurant. You should expect to see those lights up about this time next year.

The Burnt Knobb roadway improvements to the Burnt Knob Road from Blackman to Veterans Parkway which serves the Blackman Park and includes a five (5) lane cross section with gutter and curb improvements.
