It was a scam to lure the gas station clerk outside of the store that led to the theft of Tennessee Lottery Tickets in Murfreesboro.

A man and a woman teamed up with one another at the Shell Gas Station on Old Fort Parkway to steal over $600 worth of scratch off lottery tickets on Tuesday afternoon. The woman parked the car near the gas station air compressor and then asked for assistance from the clerk. As the clerk walked outside, the man who was with the woman helped himself to a roll of lottery tickets inside the store.

The entire incident was caught on a survelliance video camera inside the store and that video is now in the hands of police.

So far, the subjects have not been arrested.
