Murfreesboro homes for sale and uh, ya - still for sale

A number of realtor’s in Murfreesboro are turning to YouTube.com when selling homes. The only problem is that posted video’s on homes for sale by realtor’s are apparently a violation of YouTube policy. For that reason, the homes are only remaining viewable online for less than a day at a time.

In Murfreesboro there are about 1,620 single family homes listed with realtor’s. On the upside for some home owners, there are less than 150 town homes or condos for sale.

The GOOD NEWS for realtor’s, some homes for sale by Realtor are allowed on YouTube.com depending on the level of membership to the online service a realtor may have. Here is one recent video of online home posting:
