An alleged intoxicated driver was arrested after fleeing from police at a Murfreesboro Krystal's restaurant. When an officer approached the car being driven by 24-year old Justin Antonio McCullough, the subject evidently failed to obey the officers orders to park the car and instead, backed up and fled the parking lot early Tuesday morning.

Police later found the Murfreesboro man parked at The Pointe at Raiders Crossing Apartments on North Tennessee Boulevard. When police found the man, he was still sitting in the driver's seat and was said to have slurred speech. Officers say they thought McCullough was a flight risk, so field sobriety test were not performed. However, a blood alcohol content test was conducted once he was in custody.

It is believed that McCullough fled from police because he was driving on a revoked license and he had a warrant for his arrest for violating his probation in Wilson County. McCullough was transported to the local jail in Murfreesboro where he was charged with DUI, Driving on a Suspended License, Evading Arrest in a Motor Vehicle and served the warrant out of Wilson County. He was booked under a $7,000 bond. He was later released from jail after posting bond a 9:30, Tuesday morning.
