A Murfreesboro man has been charged for the eighth time with "Driving on a Revoked License." Police pulled Ira Hixenbaugh over after noticing that he was not wearing a safety belt. Hixenbaugh was stopped on Lascassas Pike.

When MPD Officer Rashad Howse ran a warrants check on Hixenbaugh, it was realized that his driving privileges were revoked and that he had a local warrant for theft.

Hixenbaugh was jailed under a $3,500 bond. He will appear in court on June 18, 2015.
