A 25-year old Murfreesboro man was arrested on five counts of statutory rape and five counts of incest. Due to the nature of the crime, few details have been released about the arrest of Jordan Lee Hunsberger at this point in time. We can confirm that he will make his first court appearance in Circuit Court on the 18th of this month.

Hunsberger was booked under a $25,000 bond on Wednesday and released on Thursday.

Prior to the arrest of Hunsberger, his father is accused of getting into a domestic related argument with another family member. The reported argument was evidently over the allegations against his son, according to a domestic violence report on file with the MPD. The father was charged with one count of domestic assault and later released on bond.

Due to the nature of this case and the fact that it does involve a minor, no more details will be released. 

As true with all news stories, the two are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
