• Melinda Tate tells about the New Years Day 5K (2PM Jan. 1, 2017 at Barfield Crescent Park). Later in broadcast, she tells about the new Central Valley Trailhead and the first of the North Murfreesboro Greenway section now being officially open.
• Kyle Goss talks about the 15th Annual Polar Bear Plunge (Sat., Jan. 7, 2017 starts at 8:30AM with Arctic Adventure; jump is at 10AM. Bringed cans of food to help the needy. It will be distributed by Greenhouse Ministries.
