A website called “NerdWallet.com” has named Smyrna, Murfreesboro and LaVergne as some of the best cities for job seekers. In Tennessee, Bartlett placed number one on the list. LaVergne came in at number 4. Smyrna was number 6 and Murfreesboro was number 7 on the list.
In ranking the cities, the organization looked at three key items:
- Is the city growing?
- Can you afford to live in the city comfortably?
- Are most people employed?
