A woman seen driving her Saturn sedan in the area of Old Fort Parkway was questioned by Murfreesboro Police after a witness told dispatchers she was driving on two flat tires. The arrest report shows that she was also driving erratically early Tuesday morning (11/1/16).

It didn't take long for police to catch up with 26 year old Kellye Lynne Gambrell at the Dodges Store on Broad Street. There, the woman allegedly denied driving the car suggesting that her boyfriend was driving the vehicle. The woman allegedly told police her boyfriend was inside the gas station, however he could not be found. A security video at the store showed Ms. Gambrell pull into the gas station and get out of the drivers side.

Gambrell later attempted to perform a field sobriety test, which police say she failed. She also had two past DUI charges which meant the arrest on Tuesday morning marked DUI number three. She was also charged with driving on a suspended license.

Gambrell will appear in court on February 7, 2017.
